Whether you’re working through a difficult relationship, navigating a career transition, or deciding when it’s time to move on, I provide a safe space for reflection, building resilience, and growth.

You don’t have to settle for relationships or a career that feel out of sync. You can build a life that aligns with who you are, what you value, and where you want to be—and I’m here to help you get there.

  • Pet Loss Support for processing the grief from losing a pet.

    Complimentary Pet Loss Grief Support

Experiencing the loss of a cherished pet is deeply emotional and challenging. This loss leaves those left behind with a painful void and because these bonds are often overlooked by society, pet parents often feel isolated through their grief. During this session, my goal is to provide you with a supportive and constructive outlet for navigating your grief. This is a safe and compassionate space where you can openly express your feelings and memories about your departed family member. As a tribute to my first fur-child, Spike, I offer this single session service for free.

“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”
